Discussion and possible action on the following agenda items:
IV. Election of chair and discussion of meeting dates/locations for the year 2012.
V. Under Bylaws provisions for “Amendments” (Art. XIII), the ASNC should call for a membership vote (Art. V, Sec. 2b) at the third reading (third regular meeting) on the following: Amend the Bylaws of the certified ASNC to: 1) exclude the boundaries of the Hermon neighborhood (under Art. III, “Internal”— without the portion of Ernest E. Debs Park now contained therein, adjusting ASNC “North” and “East” external boundaries as a result); and, 2) remove “Hermon Geographical Representatives” from Art. V, Governing Board. (Hermon Neighborhood Council Formation Committee).
